    Gateau Surprise pistacho Clotilde

dans le cultissime blog de Clotilde, I'm sure you know that you, too: a recipe found attractive in a magazine, book, website or blog, carefully preserved in the "test", which gets longer every day and you always retombez "random" in a search without you linger: no time, not the ingredients, ... And then one day, without having chosen the recipe is self-evident as this cake surprise chocolate pistachio discovered long ago on a site in my périgrinations on canvas, which my research has found the source in the cult blog Clotilde, petits gâteaux gourmands sur un de mes blogs chouchou, Milk and Cookies . Chocolate and Zucchini and on which I have (re) cracked when he reappeared in the form of gourmet cupcakes on one of my favorite blogs, Milk and Cookies.
, avec ou sans pâte de pistaches , avec pépites ou chunks de chocolat, en gâteau rond, en forme cake, en gâteaux individuels.. In addition to being really soft and delicious, this cake is deliciously versatile and can give different versions: outdoor surprising chocolate pistachio by his heart or vice versa as in Heidi, with or without pulp pistachios, with chips or chocolate chunks in round cake, shaped cake in individual cakes .. or here in kouglof revisited.
Gateau Surprise PistACho de Clotilde (for a mold kugelhopf 22 cm)

    • 270g flour
    • Baking powder 2 cc
    • 1 cc of sodium bicarbonate
    • 200g sugar
    • 150g butter, softened
    • 4 eggs
    • 350g cream (plant and slightly sweet in my version)
    • 1.5 cc vanilla extract
    • 3 cs cocoa powder unsweetened
    • 180g dark chocolate 70% Roughly chop with a knife
    • 60g shelled pistachios whole mondées

Note: I made several modifications to the original recipe: cream of the crop in place of yogurt, less sugar, more cocoa and chocolate, no pistachio paste. Moreover, instead of working the pasta 2 one after the other, the chocolate and then the party to the pistachio as Clotilde, I made the dough at once and then I split for flavoring separately 2 parties. If you do not have a robot, a good electric mixer will do equally well.

Preheat oven th 6 (180 ° C). Butter and flour a mold to kugelhopf.

Gateau Surprise PistACho de Clotilde In a medium bowl, combine the sifted flour with yeast and baking. Book.

In the bowl of the robot equipped with a double blade, place the sugar and softened butter, cut into pieces. Mix at medium speed until the mixture is creamy and foamy.
Add the eggs one by one until each is well incorporated into the mixture before adding the next.
Add cream and vanilla and mix a few moments.
Add flour and continue mixing until dough is smooth and homogeneous.

Transfer half the dough in a large bowl and keep the other half in the bowl.
Add the sifted cocoa powder to half the dough in the bowl and mix with the maryse that all is homogeneous.
In the other half of the pulp remained in the robot, mondées pay pistachios and Pulse 3 or 4 times to grind pistachios. If you find me a note as crisp, do not pulser too long to keep in crushed pistachio paste.

Pour the cocoa paste into the pan by equalizing the surface with the maryse, regularly sprinkle chocolate pieces and then add on top of the game with pistachios.

     Gateau Surprise PistACho de Clotilde

Oven and cook about 35 min: a wooden pin planted at the center of the cake should have been clean.
Let stand 5 to 10 minutes on a grid out of the oven and then return the pan on a serving plate (if the pan becomes detached not immediately leave the place: the steam generated will slide along with measure).

Serve the cake lightly sprinkled with sugar or a dessert most luxurious topped with a ganache.

Sandra Bravo. As always, it's pure pleasure to see your new messages. The chocolate and pistachios are my two cute caught. I am amused to marry and remarry for the birthday of my daughter. If you want, you can see the chocolate-pistachio at this address http://leilagourmande.canalblog.com/archives/2007/07/01/5483450.html

    Resalut,
It is fair to say that I repeat a test of PanMarino. It is being lifted in the MAP. Test No. 1 (available on my blog) was a delight but the viewing different. Thank you again for the accuracy of your income.
